During our contextual inquiry process, our team narrowed down our target audience and constructed a set of interview questions. From there, we went out on the field to interview people and collect data. 

 

During our contextual analysis process, we constructed a WAAD diagram which a preview is shown below. We analyzed the answers we received during our interviews to see what patterns there may be.
